The customer who wishes to make a purchase in our online store must accept these “General Terms of Purchase”. By placing an order, it will be understood that the customer accepts all the general conditions contained on this page. Along with the order, the customer will receive a receipt or invoice issued by the Foundation.
The invoice will always be sent to the address indicated on the invoice, even if this differs from the shipping address. The receipt or invoice issued by the Foundation serves as the manufacturer’s warranty.
The delivery times stipulated will take effect from the moment our carrier receives the goods for shipment, according to the service corresponding to the chosen shipping method. Products will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
An order that has already been placed can be canceled as long as it has not yet reached the shipping stage. This cancellation can be done via the contact form, by email to info@uxionovoneyra.com, or by phone at (+34) 671445 247.
Acceptance of an order implies acceptance of our general conditions. The order confirmation sent by the Foundation does not serve as an invoice.
Products that can be immediately reproduced or copied (such as CDs, DVDs, books, etc.) will not be accepted for return unless they are defective; in such cases, the product will be exchanged for a new one of identical characteristics.
You may request a return/exchange within 15 days of receiving the product. The item(s) will be refunded or exchanged, excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping will be charged based on standard shipping rates according to your location.
Returns can be made physically at the Foundation’s store (Parada nº1, 27324 Folgoso do Courel, Lugo) or online. In the latter case, please contact us using your order details, by email at info@uxionovoneyra.com, or by phone at (+34) 671445 247.
If you wish to arrange a return via home collection or drop-off at a collection point, please inform us when submitting your return request, and we will assist you in managing it.
When returning items to the Fundación Uxío Novoneyra, please ensure they are securely packaged and protected for transport, using the original packaging. You are responsible for each item until we receive it. All items will be inspected upon return.
