It engages grassroots festivals and cultural operators from rural and semi-urban areas in a participatory journey that bridges cultural roots and digital futures, strengthening organisational capacity, inclusion, and a transnational network. Objectives Foster innovation and sustainability in grassroots music festivals. Provide digital tools for small cultural organisations. Promote local roots and living heritage as drivers of creativity. Enhance transnational collaboration among cultural operators. Support the digital and green transition in performing arts.
